The video, published by the Investigative Committee, lasts just over a minute. The video included several episodes of beating people. In the first one you can see two teenagers fighting with each other. One of those present calls on the guys to “calm down,” and the operator, meanwhile, turns to a participant in the brawl named Muslim and calls on him to break the second person’s leg or finger and “throw him.” “Muslim, throw him! Muslim! Throw it!” — the voice-over of the author of the video is heard.

Five teenagers provoked fights with passers-by and filmed the conflicts on camera

According to the Investigative Committee, a group of five teenagers beat up passers-by One of the young men entered into a verbal altercation, provoking a conflict, and then started a fight. The rest of the teenagers were nearby at that moment and gave advice on how best to strike. All five boys took part in some fights.

As investigators found out, in total, in September 2023, teenagers managed to attack one adult and seven minors. The incidents took place in the capital's Discovery and Aviapark shopping centers, as well as in the Khodynskoye Pole park. The actions of the young men were qualified under Part 2 of Article 213 (“Hooliganism committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy”) of the Criminal Code RF.

Kadyrov stood up for Murdiev and said that Bastrykin and Kolokoltsev “are not sitting in their places”

One of the defendants in the case is 14-year-old Muslim (Roman) Murdiev, who is currently under house arrest. A criminal case has been opened against him on four counts related to the brawl in the Khodynskoye Pole park.

In defense of the young man spoke head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov. He expressed confidence that the teenager is innocent and will be released soon.
