“It will actually take place on December 19th. This will be a combined format,” Peskov said, adding that representatives of foreign media will be invited to the event.

The collection of questions, as the presidential press secretary specified, will begin on the night of Sunday, December 8. By the beginning of the event, Putin will have a general idea of ​​all the questions received – for the first time, artificial intelligence will be used.

In 2023, the direct line of the head of state, combined with a press conference, took place December 14. The event lasted 4 hours 3 minutes. During this time, the head of state answered more than 80 questions from journalists and appeals from citizens. In total, more than two million requests were received from Russians.
