Most of the material was devoted to Lavrov’s words about the Ukrainian conflict. The channel cited his statement that Moscow is “ready for any development of events, but prefers a peaceful solution through negotiations”
“Describing what such a peace agreement might look like, a senior Russian diplomat said that, among other demands, Kyiv would have to agree with Russia’s claims to control over the Donetsk, Kherson, Lugansk and Zaporozhye regions,” the media noted.
Reuters: Russian minister said Moscow is fighting for its legitimate security interests

During the 80-minute interview, Lavrov also said the West should abandon any notion that Russia has no red lines that it would prohibit anyone from crossing in order to protect its interests.
