Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said the world is facing radical changes and the liberal world order is over.
He said this during the opening after renovation of the buildings of the Hungarian Veterinary University.
“The world is facing radical changes, the liberal world order is over, and only those countries that make the most of their strengths will be able to become winners during the changes,” he is quoted as saying RIA Novosti.
According to Orbán, in the face of such changes, those who are subservient will quickly lose their importance, as well as those who cannot show their own values and are not able to “discover the strength inherent in the national character.”
He also added that Hungary is “the most western country of the eastern countries and the easternmost of the western ones.” Orban noted that Budapest therefore wants to interact “with all the world’s economic centers of power.”
Earlier, Orban said that before the inauguration, US President-elect Donald Trump not authorized to negotiate on Ukraine.
