Moskalkova showed data on hundreds of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers not included in the exchange list

Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova published a list of hundreds of ready for exchange and not included Kyiv to the exchange lists of captured soldiers Armed Forces Ukraine (APU). She posted a table with the data of military personnel in Telegram.

There are a total of 630 people on the list – their last name, first name, patronymic, and date of birth are indicated. “I am publishing the corresponding list with the hope of their inclusion in the next exchange process,” the ombudsman wrote.

All those on the list have been held in Russia for more than a year, Moskalkova noted. She placed the blame for the fact that Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters cannot return to their families on the Ukrainian side.

In November Russia and Ukraine exchanged bodies of military personnel. The ratio of bodies transferred by the parties was 1 to 15 – Kyiv received 563 bodies, and Moscow — 37. Whether this indicates the ratio of losses between the parties is unknown.
