Andreeva and Schneider won the WTA tournament in Brisbane in doubles – RT in Russian

In the final, Andreeva and Schneider defeated compatriot Anna Kalinskaya and Australian Priscilla Hon. The match lasted 1 hour 50 minutes and ended with a score of 7:6 (8:6), 7:5 in favor of the Russian duo.

For Andreeva and Schneider, this victory in doubles was the first in their careers. Before this, their main achievement was silver medals at the Summer Olympic Games in Paris. In the final they lost to Italians Yasmin Paolini and Sarah Errani.

It was previously reported that Andreeva was defeated from Aryna Sabalenka in the semi-finals of the WTA tournament in Brisbane.
