According to the TV channel, the driver got out of the car after hitting pedestrians and began shooting with a weapon.

In New Orleans, an unknown person in a car crashed into the crowdcelebrating the New Year. At least ten people were killed and dozens were injured. The incident took place on Bourbon Street, a street known for its entertainment venues.
