Head of the Ministry of Defense (MoD) of Russia Andrey Belousov canceled the provision on personnel reserve in the civil service. Minister’s order published on the official portal.

According to the document, the orders “On approval of the regulations on personnel reserve Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation» and amendments to it are declared invalid.

It is noted that the regulation on the personnel reserve of the federal government body, which determines the procedure for forming the personnel reserve and working with them, is approved by decree of the President of Russia.

Previously reportedthat the order is declared invalid in order to implement the presidential decree on the personnel reserve. In January 2024, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a decree creating a federal personnel reserve in the state civil service in the country.
