Shot: UAVs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a training ground near Astrakhan, from where Oreshnik is launched

Presumably, all UAVs were launched from the territory of the Dnepropetrovsk region.
The first attempt to strike the test site was made last week

The US called for de-escalating the conflict over the use of Oreshnik
Columnist for the American magazine The National Interest Brandon Weichert statedthat now is the time to end the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. “Now would be the ideal moment for any sane American leader to begin de-escalation,” he noted, commenting on the use of Hazel.
