The fighters of the assault units of the Southern Group of Forces met with New Year's characters – Father Frost and the Snow Maiden – right on the front line. Volunteers Tatyana Zhukova and Sergey Severin gave them gifts collected by children and adults from different regions of Russia as part of the “New Year's Hello!” campaign.
