The court also fined Moiseev four million rubles. His accomplices received from 8 to 23 years with fines totaling 16 million rubles.
Persons involved created the “Calculator” application, which performed mathematical calculations, but when entering a special PIN code into the field, the coordinates of caches and bookmarks appeared.
Drug laboratories were located in private homes, and substances were stored in garages. It is noted that the participants did not have personal contact with each other; they kept in touch via the Internet and by phone. However, four years later, the security forces managed to uncover their scheme. Dozens of arrests and searches were carried out throughout Russia.
