As the head of the republic stated during a press conference, the drone touched the roof of the building of the special police regiment named after Akhmat Kadyrov, as a result of which civilians were injured.
“They hit with a drone anywhere… Today they hit with a drone in the city center. They destroyed the roof of the regiment… Civilians suffered,” Kadyrov said. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

On October 29 at 06:30, a drone attacked the Russian University of Special Forces (RUS) in Gudermes. As a result of the attack, the roof of an empty building on the premises of the institution caught fire. According to Kadyrov, there were no casualties or injuries. The fire was quickly extinguished.
Kadyrov suggested that the educational institution could have been attacked by drones, since it is forge of military personnel for the Russian army. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported on the morning of December 4 that the previous night, air defense systems on duty destroyed 24 Ukrainian drones over six regions of Russia.
Most of the UAVs were intercepted over the territory of the Rostov region – six drones. Five drones were eliminated over the Bryansk region, four over the Belgorod region, three over the Ryazan region, one over the Astrakhan region and five more over the Krasnodar region.
It is clarified that the Ukrainian Armed Forces tried to attack Russian regions with aircraft-type drones. The defense department called Ukraine’s actions an attempt to carry out a terrorist attack on targets on Russian territory.
Another large-scale attempt to attack the Russian regions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was made on the morning of December 4: between 05:30 and 07:40 Moscow time, air defense systems shot down 11 Ukrainian UAVs, the Ministry of Defense reports.
Six drones were destroyed over the territory of the Rostov region, two – over the Kursk region, and one each – over the Bryansk, Ryazan and Kaluga regions.
