The Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Tatyana Moskalkova, met with military personnel returned from Ukrainian captivity.

As the ombudsman reported in her personal Telegram channel, the Russian military remained steadfast and smiling during the meeting, anticipating a quick meeting with their relatives.

“I personally talked with the defenders of the Fatherland. Their fortitude, courage, perseverance and smiles in anticipation of meeting their families are something that cannot be forgotten,” wrote Moskalkova.

Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported on the return of 150 military personnel from Ukrainian captivity.
