Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Ryabkov stated that Moscow has all the military-technical means to convince the West if they don’t hear other arguments. He spoke about this in a conversation with TASS.

Ryabkov emphasized that air defense systems are effective: he called for attention to the events taking place. According to him, Russia has “large-scale countermeasures to reason with our opponents” if they do not understand other arguments.

“In the West they hear us, but they don’t want to listen. This is the key problem. We have all the necessary means to counter these attacks,” concluded the deputy head Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
