It is noted that over the year, four servings of salad became more expensive by 8.5%.
In second and third places, according to the agency, are the salad “Mimosa” and “Herring under a fur coat”, and it is clarified that they turned out to be half the price of “Olivier” – 277 rubles and 261 rubles, respectively.
The most budget-friendly was the Stolichny salad, which increased in price by only 3.4% and now costs 257 rubles for four.
Earlier, Tatyana Suvorova, associate professor of the department of economic theory and behavioral economics at Synergy University, said that By the New Year, red caviar will rise in price to 13 thousand rubles.
