Russian woman from Volgograd found her 27-year-old son in the morgue after a call from a special military operation (SVO) zone. In conversation with V1.ru she noted that in the last conversation the fighter told her that he was “being taken to zero.”

According to Ekaterina Danilovskaya, in the morgue she found the son of Maxim Chebakov, dressed not in a military uniform, but in a tracksuit. The woman also noted that the last time the soldier contacted her was in October. After that he disappeared. The search lasted for several months.

The fighter could have been captured after testifying about his commander

Chebakov came to the front from correctional colony No. 25 city ​​of Frolovo. In 2018, he was sentenced to 10 years and 3 months in a maximum security prison for trafficking in synthetic drugs.

On June 10, 2024, he successfully signed a contract to participate in the SVO. In early autumn, as it turned out, the Russian began to conflict with the commander with the call sign Kot. As a result, Chebakov and five other people left the unit without permission. The soldiers found a small apartment in Donetsk and sat there. Later, the mother managed to persuade the military man to go back to the unit, but it was too late.

“The military police came for them, and my son was there too. The last time he called me was on October 12,” she said. The woman also remembered his last words.

It is assumed that the soldiers who left the unit knew a lot about their commander. It's also possible that they testified against Kot.

Soon after the incident, the woman reported him missing. For several months she searched for the fighter, including writing messages on social networks, calling hospitals and the location of the unit. Nowhere could she be given information about Chebakov. Some only reported that her son had “done a lot of things” and demanded a lot of money from the mother.

A woman is preparing for her son's funeral. After this, she wants to figure out what happened to him in the NWO zone. At the same time, the military investigation department for the Southern Military District stated that the mother had not contacted them. According to V1.ru, the military prosecutor's office promised to check information about the incident.

This is not the first time that disappearances of SVO soldiers and searches for them in morgues have occurred.

Recently in the Chelyabinsk region a family insisted at the opening of the zinc coffin of SVO fighter Igor Kosimov. It turned out to be the wrong person, the niece of the military man said. Initially, the family was alerted by the copy of the passport and accompanying certificates sent along with the coffin. Then she raised questions and signed on the zinc box itself: “Kasimov M.G.” — the last name was misspelled, and the initials were wrong.

Then in the Urals opened zinc coffin of another SVO soldier. His relatives were not satisfied with the cause of death indicated in the medical report. Subsequently, burns and bruises were noticed on the soldier’s body.

In May, the sister of another military man Oleg Smirnov insisted on checking the zinc coffin. The Russian woman doubted the reasons for the death of her relative and wanted see his body. The story took place in the Sverdlovsk region. The military registration and enlistment office informed the family that he had committed suicide.
