UN OHCHR: Almost all Russian prisoners in Ukraine were tortured

Of the 25 Russian prisoners of war interviewed in Ukraine, all but one were subjected to torture, according to a report by the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights on the situation in Ukraine between September and November 2024.
