Actor Borisov received the Los Angeles Film Critics Association Award for “Anora”
Russian actor Yura Borisov nominated at the Golden Globe for her role in the acclaimed dramedy Anora. He became the first artist from Russia in history to receive a nomination for this prestigious American award.

“Anora” also received nominations in the “Best Film” categories. Musical or Comedy”, “Best Director”, “Best Screenplay” and “Best Actress”. In the summer, the film “Anora”, in which several Russian actors played the main roles, became winner of the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival. Spectators applauded film for seven and a half minutes. At the same time, there was a standing ovation during the screening of the film.
